During their senior year of high school, before the advent of dating websites, John first contacted Johanna online via ICQ with the intro line, “I think I know you.” This scored John enough points for Johanna to ask him to her senior prom, and the two quickly became good friends, dating for the rest of the summer.
Having undergone the turbulence of our twenties apart, we reconnected in Columbia, MO where we now reside with our fluffy corgi, Luna.
